Shane’s Story
Early Life
Born into the performing arts Shane Patrick was raised by a dancer and a rodeo cowboy. He was raised in Connecticut where at the age of thirteen his father taught him how to play the guitar and handed him down a Beatles song book. Inspired by the music Shane formed a Beatles cover band in high school, The WannaBeatles, with his now life-long musical co-conspirators John Coretto and Thomas Thorndike aka The Tones.
After high school Shane moved to Manhattan and concentrated his energies on studying acting and performing original music at landmark venues throughout the city often backed by The Tones.
TV Debut
After finishing his studies at the William Esper Studios in 2002 Shane made his TV Debut alongside one of his musical heroes James Taylor in a National Commercial for James Taylor’s album October Road.
Recording With The Tones
In 2012 Shane went into the studio with The Tones and recorded his Debut album Go Places at the legendary Sear Sound (John Lennon/Double Fantasy) in Manhattan. Go Places was produced by Loren Toolajian, Engineered by Chris Allen and featured session drummer Brian Wolfe (David Byrne/St. Vincent) and session Violinist Johnathan Dinklage (Hamilton on Broadway/Eagles/Rush).

Sunny Days
Musically inspired from the Collaboration with Corretto in 2019 Shane headed back to the Studio with The Tones and recorded their second collaboration and 2020 EP release, Burnin’ Sun.
Burnin’ Sun is a four track Ep is produced by John Corretto and features Alternative rock Anthem favourite “Molly’ written by Coretto. The Album’s self title song “Burnin’ Sun" was co written by Thorndike and Patrick and buzzes with their 90’s Alternative influence.
Shane Patrick currently lives in Los Angeles where he has been busy recording music with the Tones.
